Warehouse Operations Agents Needed!

GENERAL DUTIES:

• Working within the resolution department
• Managing the movements of shipments through the depot and out to the customers
• Scanning of shipments to capture location details and data info
• Operating IT systems
• Calling customers and shippers to ascertain correct delivery address details
• Rectify and dispatch shipments once the correct information is sourced
• Ability to read, understand and follow directions/instructions
• Data entry and monitoring
• Answering telephone calls

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Reliable
• Motivated
• Computer literate
• Good telephone manner
• A desire to learn new skills
• Fluent English
• Initiative and the ability to solve problems
