SHIFTS & PAY RATES:

• 07:00 to 14:45 on £8.72 per hour
• 15:00 to 22:45 on £8.72 +£6.36 shift allowance each day
• 23:00 to 06:45 on £8.72 +£17.32 Shift allowance each day

The shifts are static and you can choose your preferred shift.

The Rate increases from £8.72 to £9.27 per hour + the shift allowance after 12 weeks probation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Picking products in the warehouse
• Packing products correctly ensuring the products do not get damaged
• Following all warehouse guidelines.
• Occasionally helping the manager or team leader with other duties.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Adhere to all aspects of the Company Health & Safety regulations currently in force.

Ensure that any mechanical aid fault is logged and reported to the shift supervisor or Manager.

Report anything which could be a hazard and report all accidents to your line manager.

Seek to identify areas for improvement within the job and within the work environment by participating in quality improvement teams or similar as required.

PERSONAL CONDUCT:

Maintain good time keeping.

Maintain a good standard of housekeeping

Demonstrate flexibility and co-operation in covering duties of a related nature
