ABOUT THE ROLE: Picking and packing items on inbound/outbound processManual handling and lifting involvedParcels vary in weight – must be able to lift some heavy itemsLoading & unloadingWorking within a target driven retail distribution warehouseReading labels and ensuring stock is distributed to the correct areasOperating of Mechanical Handling EquipmentAbility to follow work procedures and safety rulesAbility to read, understand and follow directions/instructionsAbility to count accurately and to perform simple math calculations
