Vanta Staffing Is Hiring A Junior CNC Programmer In Wycombe, UK

We are looking for a Junior CNC Programmer to assist and coordinate CNC production process by liaising with all relevant departments.

Contract Type: Permanent job, pension, car parking

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £21000 – £24000 per annum

Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm, Friday 7am – 1pm

Start Date: ASAP

Duties:

Prepare CNC machining data to meet the demands of the fabrication programme.

Modify, test and check (macros), ensure compliance with the systems fabrication manuals.

Maximise CNC efficiency.

Produce control samples.

Provide cover for the other members of staff.

Be proactive with continuous improvement and provide feedback on ways to improve the performance.

Carry out other duties.

Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work without supervision and have excellent analytical and problem solving ability.

Advanced working knowledge of Elumatec CNC saw.

Understanding of aluminium windows and doors (favoured).

Organisational and planning skills.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work in a team.
