Double room available to rent in Walthamstow!

Hi, we have a double room to rent from 2nd April, as our flatmate moves abroad.

There are 3 rooms in the house (two double and one single). Downstairs is open-planned: living room (with pool table!) and dining room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet, upstairs we have all the 3 rooms and a bathroom (with toilet). The room is furnished: one double bed and two wardrobes. In the other 2 rooms 3 adults and one baby are living. The baby is 2 months old, but she’s very calm, calmer than an usual flatmate – no worries, you can take a rest!

The house is located at the corner of Blackhorse lane and Billet road, in a small street. Green area, British neighbours (mostly), minimal traffic. Behind our house there’s a park (with tennis court). In front of the house we have our own parking space (middle-sized van can fit in).

Bus stop for W15 and 158 is 1 min walk. Blackhorse road station is 5 min by bus or 15 min walk. Walthamstow market 8 min by bus or 30 min walk. (Ikea Tottenham is 30 min walk.) There’s a Co-operative in a 3 min walk distance.

Our contract is with an agency but we are in contact with the landlord.

Deposit: 280 pounds, rent: 620 pounds a month, plus bills.
